From now on, you can securely and easily sign digitally with Quill via itsme®, thanks to the Digital Flanders framework agreement. This offers free and unlimited access to itsme for signing.

Here's how it works in 5 steps

  • Check your connection
    Make sure your organization is connected to Digital Flanders for access to the Digital Signing platform, meaning they already use Access Management or the Digital Signing platform from Digital Flanders.

  • Submit the application form
    Have a legal representative (or authorized representative) submit the official itsme application form, more information can be found here.

  • Integrate with Quill – we'll help!
    • We'll connect your Quill environment to the Digital Flanders platform.
    • We'll activate and test the itsme signing method in your QA environment.
    • We'll provide a short training and manual for administrators.
    • We'll support you during go-live and initial transactions.

  • Adjust your processes
    Determine which documents will be signed in Quill via itsme® in the future.

  • Start signing
    Prepare your first documents and sign them directly in Quill via itsme®.
