On Tuesday, April 29, we will release a new version of the Quill platform to the QA environment. The production release will follow on Tuesday, May 6. Both releases are scheduled around 09:00 AM and may involve a brief interruption.

What’s new in this release?

Quill v3.0.2 introduces targeted improvements focused on stability and preparation for future scalability. Specifically, this release includes:

• Internal optimizations in preparation for High Availability (HA)
  As part of our long-term platform roadmap, this release introduces technical adjustments to support a high availability (HA) setup.
• An updated version of our seal service
  The digital seal service has been updated to enhance performance, maintainability, and compliance.
• Several bug fixes that improve the robustness of document processing
  • Resolved a registration issue for guest users where a general error could occur during account creation, interrupting the signing process.
  • Fixed an issue related to document shelving, ensuring that shelved documents remain correctly archived and still retrievable when needed.
  • Corrected an error triggered when uploading a document that already contains a signature, which previously caused the upload to fail unexpectedly.

There are no functional changes to the user experience, and no action is required on your part.
